Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pliko ("the app", "the service"), provided by DAISHI TECH PTE. LTD. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Pliko is a personal tweet archive that lets you save, organize, search, and revisit public tweets from X/Twitter. Some features are free; some are reserved for paid ("Pro") subscribers.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Don't share your account with others, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Pliko to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
• Use Pliko to scrape Twitter/X at scale or in any way that violates X's terms.

4. Content

Tweets you save are public content posted by their authors on X/Twitter. Your saved archive is private to you. You retain full rights to your own labels, notes, and organization. We do not claim ownership of any of your data.

We reserve the right to remove content from the service if it violates law or these terms.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

Pliko Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Service availability

We do our best to keep Pliko running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You can stop using Pliko at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for cause, no refund is owed for the unused portion of any subscription.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
