The fastest path is email:
Pliko is built by a small team. We don't have phone support, a chatbot, or an offshore call centre. A person reads each email and replies.
How to delete your account
Two ways:
Inside the app (recommended)
- Open Pliko on your iPhone
- Go to Settings (bottom-right tab)
- Scroll to Delete account
- Confirm the action
Your account and all associated data — saved posts, labels, notes, media — are removed from our systems within 30 days. There is no recovery period. If you change your mind during the deletion window, email us immediately.
By email
If for any reason you can't access the in-app option, email contact@daishitech.com from the address tied to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll process it manually and confirm by reply within a few business days.
Frequently asked
What does Pliko actually do?
Pliko keeps a personal archive of the X (Twitter) and Reddit posts you save. You hit the iOS share sheet from any app, pick Pliko, and the post — including the thread or top comments, the author, and any media — gets archived and made searchable. You add your own labels and notes. That's the whole product.
Where do I get the app?
Pliko is currently in TestFlight. The App Store version will be linked here once it goes live. If you'd like a TestFlight invite, email us.
Do I need to install a shortcut or generate a token?
No. The native iOS share extension installs with the app — no setup, no token, no shortcut. Open the share sheet from any app, pick Pliko, done.
Why isn't the saved post showing up?
Three common reasons:
- Source platform blocked the URL. Some accounts are private or geo-restricted. We can only save what's publicly accessible.
- You hit your daily save quota. The free plan caps daily saves; Pro raises the cap. The exact numbers are visible in Settings.
- You're offline or rate-limited. Try again in a minute.
If none of these match, email us with the URL you tried to save.
Does Pliko work with Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Instagram?
Today: X (Twitter) and Reddit. Other platforms are on the roadmap but no firm date. If a specific platform matters to you, email us — that's how we prioritise.
Does Pliko work on Android or the web?
iPhone only at the moment. Android and web are not currently in development.
Can I export my archive?
Yes. Settings → Export as JSON gives you a complete, machine-readable copy of everything you've saved — posts, labels, notes. No lock-in.
Will Pliko sell or share my data?
No. We don't sell data, we don't share it with advertisers, we don't use it to train AI models. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What happens if Pliko shuts down?
If we ever decide to discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice via email and the app, and we'll keep the export feature working until the shutdown date so you can take your archive with you. See Terms §6.
I want a feature. Where do I send the request?
contact@daishitech.com — short, specific, lead with the use case. We read everything; we don't reply to every single one, but the ones we ship usually trace back to a clear email.
Bug reports
If something is broken, send a quick email with:
- iPhone model + iOS version (Settings → General → About on your phone)
- The Pliko version (Settings → About at the bottom of Pliko's settings)
- What you tried, what happened, what you expected
- Screenshots if relevant
That's it. No ticket numbers, no escalation tiers — just send: contact@daishitech.com.
